Refund and Return Policies

Returns

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

No refunds and No returns on gift cards, gift messages, gift bags, soap bars, and soap products.

You may obtain a store credit for broken or defective items.

An item is deemed broken if the date you received the item through your preferred shipping method (shipper: UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) was broken in transit.

If so please provide a picture of the broken item to customer.repservices@gmail.com with a copy or an attachment (jpg. or pdf. file) of your paid invoice supplied in your shipment. 

An item is deemed defective if when received there is a leak at the bottom of the bottle, the reeds from the diffuser arrived broken, or you are missing items from your shipment.

If so please email customer.repservices@gmail.com with a picture of your item the day of delivery. We will confirm the receipt and offer a replacement if its defective or send you the missing item.

If your item arrived completely melted please take a picture as soon as you receive your shipment. We will issue a replacement if it melted during shipping. During the warmer months of the year we will only ship items from Monday through Thursday to avoid your shipment from sitting at a shipping warehouse over the weekend. We will also include all precautionary methods to avoid your items arriving melted.

NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES* (exceptions below). NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN ITEMS ONLY.

If you purchased a scent and when received you do not like the scent, this is not a reason to return the item. We will issue a store credit and you will be responsible for shipping the items back to Aroma & Roses Candle. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unburned or unmelted wax melts/tarts, unused reeds, and same amount of liquid volume in the glass bottles.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as wax melts/tarts, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care item

- Gift bags 
- Gift messages
- Sale items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

We only offer store credit no refunds will be issued.


CREDIT Only for defective or broken items:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, you will be issued a store credit towards your next purchase. You will be provided with a one time unique code for the store credit to use towards your next purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or credited.

*Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer.repservices@gmail.com. Only unused items will be exchanged and provided a store credit code for the same item same value price and you will be responsible for the new shipping charges.
